The Yoga Practice Training
You will be given the opportunity to explore yoga and gain a deeper understanding of the practice itself.
We will be looking closer into the fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga and lay the groundwork for a rich and skillful asana practice. By researching these fundamental principles your asana practice will improve.
First of all we will explore poses from different angels. We will be using props and integrate some partner poses. This all will help us understand the effect of the asanas. Besides the asana practice the training sessions are supported by an exploration of pranayama and yoga philosophy.
Your daily life
This training will help you to develop a thoughtful and effective home practice and you will learn and understand how to integrate yoga into your daily life. At the end of this training you will certainly notice an improvement in your own yoga practice and you will have the knowledge and experience to gain more from every class you will attend afterwards.
With the intention of creating an inspiring training for everyone who wants to dive deep into the yoga practice the incredible teachers Moena de Jong and Marlene Henny joined forces. Both ladies are leading in Amsterdam in the field of Vinyasa yoga, with years and years of experience. However, they were missing a training for people who don’t aspire to become a yoga teacher, but do want to learn more about everything that yoga is and gain a better understanding of the asanas. After joining the Yoga Practice Training I can recommend it for anyone who is looking to improve and deepen their own practice and extend their knowledge on yoga. For several days a week I was at Tula for the lovely yoga classes, a yoga studio with a great vibe! I always wanted to deepen my knowledge but not necessarily wanted to do a long and intensive teacher training. This Yoga Practice Training was suddenly offered and seemed the perfect opportunity for me to deep dive into my yoga practice.
