A Mini Wellness Retreat

​Embrace the present moment through breath, meditation, art-making and yoga. This special Sunday workshop brings the positive, stress-reducing benefits of an active, creative mindfulness practice together with yin yoga. Immerse yourself in a playful and relaxing mini wellness retreat of self-discovery, emotional healing, and transformation.

Through a guided muse meditation, collage-making process, and free-writing exercise, you’ll discover the qualities and characteristics you need to navigate your life’s current position more consciously and courageously. A closing, yin yoga practice deepens and integrates your creative insight into an embodied experience.

No previous art-making experience is required. All materials provided.

*It is not possible to sign up for the art-only portion, however the Yin yoga class can be booked separately at Tula’s regular rates. Please note, you will be seated on the floor for the art-making session, which is facilitated in English only.
