For this you need to understand your own mind-body personality (dosha) and Ayurveda gives you the key to this understanding. On top of that, it is the first ever recorded system of healing the physical, mental and energetic body. Fundamentally, it is giving each individual the personal tools to live a balanced and fulfilled lifestyle.

Faculty

Moena de Jong – training leader

Practicing and teaching yoga are an art, connecting to the heart. Moena teaches her classes the same way she loves to receive lessons: welcoming at all times, open to positive, transformative experiences. Aside from your unique individual experience of feeling more open and gaining a broader perspective on your possibilities, you feel the magic of a group synergy as the energy in class is uplifting.

Moena is a certified Jivamukti teacher who started her teaching journey with Hatha yoga TT, based on the principle of Critical Alignment.

As much as Moena has a razor blade sharp eye for Alignment she loves the fluidity of music that flows organically with the movements. As she has a passion for the Sanskrit language, she also has a lifetime love relationship with Mantra’s. What makes her classes outstanding is her convincement that being authentic makes eventually the journey of Self discovery such an interesting one.

Her quality is to make all unique and different individuals feel welcome and connected. Dare to be different and radiate in your weirdness is her biggest source of inspiration.

Since a few years Moena has been the lead teacher of several teacher training programs for Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Her knowledge of alignment, philosophy, history and sequencing makes Moena one of the most experienced ladies in the field.

Beatrice Savaris – training leader

Germany-born but raised in Italy, Beatrice is coming from a design and communication background; creativity and curiosity have always been her life motive.

She discovered yoga in a period of massive change where finally she found herself grounding back into the yoga mat. Moved by her curiosity, she undertook her first 200 hours of yoga teacher training in Italy – simply to deepen her knowledge both spiritually and physically. After completing the course, she immediately started teaching to absolve the desire to share with others the benefits that yoga brought into her life, hoping that others could experience the same in their life too.

In 2012, Beatrice completed Baron Baptiste Level 1 in Sedona (AZ) and in 2013 Level 2 in Tulum (Mexico) with Baron Baptiste, himself. Over the last years, she has traveled around Europe to expand her knowledge attending workshops with many teachers such as Kathryn Budig and Tiffany Cruikshank. Beatrice also supplemented her studies with a Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga teacher training in order to fully help women in these precious stages of transition and development.

In the last years she taught in Italy, Switzerland and Netherlands in lots of yoga studios, companies, public events and to athletes, making yoga accessible to everyone. Besides giving regular classes she is the lead teacher in multiple Teacher Training Programs in The Netherlands and Italy.

Beatrice’s mantra is “let it be” – this means living a life without attachment to fully exist in the present moment. Allowing people, situations, yourself just being as they are – cultivating acceptance, instead of using energy to try to change them. Beatrice is a advocate of using energy to plant seeds for happiness in all its meanings.

Today, Beatrice is a proud wife, mum, yoga practitioner and teacher. A life lover.

Noortje Creemers – Anatomy

I’ve always been physically active, usually the more intense the training the more I’d love it. I wanted to know more about everything about physical activity and chose to start studying Human Movement Sciences. During my study I’d sometimes do yoga, but only if I could find a class that I thought was challenging enough.

Still the only practice that existed in my mind was a practice that made you sweat and got you tired. When I got injured, because of overtraining (who would have thought…) I started doing some more slow classes like yin and slow vinyasas. I always knew I could learn so much from yoga and really needed all it had to offer.

This summer I finished my Vinyasa teacher training at Tula and afterwards started hosting as well. Because of my interest and knowledge about anatomy I will start teaching some of the anatomy classes for the teacher training as well.

His clear view on communication and acting as a teacher will help you prepare for your classes, strengthen you in your role as teacher and make you comfortable in engaging with students.
